The two guest bedrooms are equally inviting and feature comfortable queen-sized beds with high-quality linens. These rooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom that is modern and stylish, with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Welcome to Blanche, a beautiful and happy home filled with love and memories. This special house was reimagined as a project of love for Blanche, who was not only my grandmother but also a beloved mother to her three boys (including my dad, Fuzzy) and her nine grandchildren. Blanche was affectionately called "Mom" by her grandkids, and her memory lives on in this wonderful space.

The house was designed to bring in lots of natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom. The primary bathroom has a unique feature - a view of the Methodist Church where my parents were married. This special touch adds to the overall warmth and charm of the house.

I am the owner of this lovely home, Jill Reagor Smith.  I'm proud to be a 7th generation Texan. My family has been in Llano since the 1800’s. This house, originally owned by my dad before he gifted it to me, is a tribute to the happy memories that were made in this beautiful little town and a celebration of our family.

"They say you die twice. Once when you stop breathing and the second, a bit later on, when somebody mentions your name for the last time." Blanche's memory will live on in this house, a place where family and friends can gather, share stories, and make new memories and her name will be spoken for many years to come.
